Muzzumil Ruheel
Born in Lahore, Pakistan, Muzzumil was trained as a traditional calligrapher by renowned calligrapher Khurshid Alam Gohar. He received a Bachelors degree in Humanities and is currently studying Visual Arts at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore. In recent years he has started to incorporate text with moving imagery alongside his two dimensional practice. In his work he questions his self, his cast, and religion. All these issues inspire him to develop his visual vocabulary.
